Meet the staff
Dr. Alex is privileged to have a qualified and commited staff who have been with him for many years. The staff includes Bonnie Roux, Marion Clark, Leslie Tarkin, and Debbie Mills. Marion Ford, Serena Thompson, Barbara Sherman, and Karen McNeil, round out an exceptional office team.

Office manager Bonnie Roux

Bonnie Roux has over 20 years experience in the health-care feild. With a degree in secretarial science from Briarcliffe College she is the latest addition to the office team. Her resposibilities include managing the balance between patient needs and office proceedures in an efficient and personable manner. Bonnie's strong organizational and management skills, along with her ability to positively interact with patients and staff, make her an invaluable addition to the office. Bonnie has two daughters and lives in Nesconset.

Leslie Tarkin is a certified dental assistant. She graduated from a two year dental assistant program and has been working in the field since 1976. Leslie has taken numerous continuing education courses. She is proficient in all areas of lab procedures, digital x-rays and whitening. Leslie makes the patient comfortable with her bubbly personality and sense of humor. Leslie lives in Centerport with her husband, son and two cats.

Debbie Mills has 15 years experience as a dental hygienist. She has worked for Dr Alex for 19 years. Debbie is a member of ADHA and is certified to administer nitrous oxide and anesthesia. She has served on the Hygiene advisory panel for 3M ESPE dental. Debbie is married with two children and lives in Huntington.
