ACCREDITED MEMBER - AACD

Dr. Gary Alex was the first dentist on Long Island to be accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).

To reach accredited status dentists must demonstrate an extremely high proficiency in reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry. A number of peer reviewed clinical cases must be presented as well as a written exam taken and passed. As of August 2007, only nine dentists had successfully achieved accredited status for the entire state of New York.

Dr. Alex has also served as president of the New York Chapter of the AACD and teaches cosmetic /reconstructive dentistry internationally. He has restored thousand of smiles to health and beauty.
